| Return policy details | 1. Customer MUST contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returns without RMA number will be refused. RMA number will only be valid for 14 calendar days after issued.
2. Customer must return and ship the products in their original packaging and insure the shipment, or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipping. Return freight charge will be at customer's expense. I-SellProduction does not reimburse any return shipping cost.
3. To be eligible for return, the products must be in the same condition as when shipped to customer. All of the accessories must also be included.
4. No returns will be allowed for products that are damaged while in customer's possession or control.
5. I-SellProduction will only refund the value of the purchased price. The outgoing freight is excluded.
6. Credit amount will be refunded after the returned products are received and inspected. Any missing parts and damages may cause deduction in refund amount.
7. Returned non-defective items are subject to 15% restocking fees. Shipping and handling fees are always not refundable. |
